Refund Policy

Review credits

Essay review credits are one-time purchases. You can request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to unlock a full report, it cannot be refunded, because the report has been delivered.

If you bought a pack and used only some credits, contact us. We may refund the unused portion at our discretion.

Failed or incomplete reviews

If a review fails to generate, no credit is consumed. If a credit was consumed but the report did not open, contact us with the report link or the account email and we will restore the credit.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with the Stripe receipt or order number. We will refund the duplicate.

How to request a refund

Email hello@freecollegeessaygrader.org with:

• The email you used at checkout.
• The approximate purchase date.
• The Stripe receipt or order number, if you have it.
• What went wrong.

We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What is not refundable

• Credits already used to unlock a full report.
• A score you disagree with, where the report was generated and delivered as described.
• Purchases older than 14 days, unless required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
